The room was upgraded to a much larger room. The staff was kind and ready to help. The hotel is situated in the center of Amsterdam, close to museums, canals ,restaurants, shops.

Service; Service was great. Much better than Equinox NY or Rosewood Carlyle last month. Food: Breakfast was also very good quality and beautiful setting overlooking the water. General: Room was good. Great balcony and one of the best views in Amsterdam. Lovely bathroom with large shower and separate bath overlooking the city. But bed was a bit small, and no desk to work. Overall, a great stay. Would stay again. Thanks.
